FROM THE NORTH:
Take I-95 southbound to I-93 southbound to Exit 28, Sullivan Square. From the ramp, follow the signs across an overpass to Sullivan Square. At the rotary there, take the first right on Cambridge St., which will become Washington St. in Somerville. Traffic on Washington St. will lead you around a broad curve to the left, followed immediately by a right turn at a light, but you'll still wind up on Washington St. Go through two more lights and turn right at the third light on Beacon St. At the end of the street turn left on Somerville Ave. , which merges into Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge. The Porter Square Shopping Center will be on your right. We're about another block and a half. It's unlikely you'll be able to park on our block, but if you continue past the light at Walden St., about two blocks, parking becomes easy.
If you're delivering books you have for sale (please only do so if you've called first, as we don't always have a buyer available), pass the store and turn right at the first opportunity (almost immediate) on Beech St. Turn right again on Orchard St., and again on Allen St. Our delivery entrance is the last door on the right, just before the end of the street. Pull in past it if you can, or at least get as far forward toward it as you can. Come around to the front door to let us know you're there, or call us on your cell phone at 617-229-5644.
Note: Don't park in the Porter Square Shopping Center lot unless you're shopping there. It's very congested and is patrolled.
