FROM THE NORTH:
Take I-95 southbound to I-93 southbound to Exit 32, Medford Square. From the rotary at the end of the ramp, take the first right, Route 60 West.. At the light, as the street widens from two lanes to three, choose the center lane. At the next light, bear left onto Main St. After the underpass, keep to the right as Route 38 bears left, and continue straight on Main St. When you reach a small business district, about a mile, turn right at the light onto Harvard St., which becomes Warner St. when you enter Somerville. From the rotary at the end of the street take the third right, keeping the Powderhouse Market on your right, onto College Av. At the light, get into the right lane and bear right (not a hard right) onto Dover St. At the end of the street, turn left onto Massachusetts Av. We're just past the third light, across the street to your left. For easy parking, though, you might want to consider spaces soon after the first light because spaces become scarcer as you go.
If you're delivering books you have for sale (please only do so if you've called first, as we don't always have a buyer available), continue to the third light and turn left at it onto Beech St. Take the first right onto Orchard St., and again onto Allen St. Our delivery entrance is the last door on the right, just before the end of the street. Pull in past it if you can, or at least get as far forward toward it as you can. Come around to the front door to let us know you're there, or call us on your cell phone at 617-229-5641.
Note: Don't park in the Porter Square Shopping Center lot unless you're shopping there. It's very congested and is patrolled.
